Unassuming, but very good! It’s a bit rich but probably what you’re looking for in an ice cream sandwich.

Ok ice cream. Deceptive pricing.

Purchased a sundae with a menu price of $8 posted. Was charged 12.50.

Their buy on get one free deal on pints also comes with a $2 extra charge which is not on their displayed menu.

This was a cool little spot! I couldn't decide due to so many good options so I went with a hot fudge sundae. Got one scoop of banana nut and one scoop of chocolate chip cookie dough. Added an warmed up oatmeal cookie and topped with Oreo and m&ms. 😋 The ice cream was really good and the cookie was delicious. Will definitely be coming back!

Love coming into this place, being the only customer and staff completely ignores me and won't even look up to take my order let alone say hell, how can I help you. Ended up just walking out after about 5 minutes of it since I wasn't gonna get any service.

I used to go to the Cream in Palo Alto about 10 years ago. Was in the area and saw that they were in Berkeley now and was excited to try it again. I had remembered Cream being clean, bright, and fresh. Today it felt like the cookies were cheaply made with way too much sugar and not no richness in flavor and did not feel fresh at all. The store was a little grimy and didn’t feel very clean either. Reminded me of a subway inside the way you can see all the cookies that are just laying out getting stale :/
Great customer service though! Very friendly.

Hard cookie, soft ice cream. My first bite left me sticky and dissatisfied. The cookies smooshed together, and the ice cream was pushed completely out the sides. What I was left with was a mess, and 2 (mediocre) cookies.

The mini cookie sandwich was rock hard. It almost broke my tooth it was so hard. Also the ice cream was liquid by the time she gave it to me. The server didn’t seem to know what was going on - we went at around 2:15 pm today.

the whole calories thing on the menu kinda caught me off guard, especially considering this is an ice cream/desert shop lmao. anyways, the employee there was really friendly and helpful. i got the “cup of joe” flavor which i enjoyed, but the texture struck me as a bit stretchy? and the taste wasn’t that rich/it was a bit lacking. perhaps i should have ordered another flavor. but overall my experience here was good and i definitely wouldn’t mind coming back!

CREAM was not creamy. Mint chip was very grainy, like eating sand. Floors were dirty. My partner's ice cream had a hair in it.
