I hate to be a Karen but this location's customer service is an absolute disgrace. My friend and I went around 11:30 am ish on 10/29, and since it looked like employees were still prepping, we politely asked if the store was open because we did not want to be inconsiderate. In response, an employee, KAYLAH, snapped, “The sign says open, right?” …a completely uncalled-for level of rudeness.
Then, when picking up our order, my friend double-checked his name to avoid any order mix up, only for KAYLAH to shoot back, “Well, your name is … isn’t it?” in the most passive-aggressive tone.
I also work two customer service jobs and would never dream of treating customers like this. I also understand that customers are not always right, but there was no reason for such disrespect towards us, especially as first-time visitors.
