The communication came across as courteous on the surface, yet lacked genuine care or support. Professionalism should be consistent, not performative. Unfortunately, the attitude I encountered made the service feel unwelcoming and unnecessarily difficult.

Placed an order through DoorDash for pickup at 2:20. Got DD notice the order was ready for pickup, but when I arrived at 2:30 there was a sign in the window that they were closed until 3pm. I get having a “back in 10” sign, but if you need to close your store for 30 minutes or more, can you at least adjust your hours so customers don’t waste their time? Had to cancel and get my order refunded. It’s a shame because their cupcakes are really good.
