Daryoush in Walnut Creek offers a wonderful dining experience with a beautiful, elegant interior and a very welcoming atmosphere. The customer service is excellent—attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the visit.
I had tried their food previously at their Berkeley location, and the new Walnut Creek location is a noticeable improvement, especially in terms of ambiance and overall experience. We ordered the Kobideh and Shishlik, both flavorful and well prepared with high-quality ingredients. It’s also worth noting that all of the food is halal.
Overall, it’s a great place for Persian cuisine, especially for the service and environment, and definitely worth visiting again.

Excellent food, super tasty food. Every dish we tried was full of flavor. Place is very nice, clean and high end. One suggestion I will give is, since the restaurant is rated upscale, instead of plastic coated menu, get a nice book style menu which go with the restaurant’s tone.

My first time and this is now at the top of my restaurant list in Walnut Creek. Simple but comfortable atmosphere. Service was excellent but the food the food wow authentic Persian absolutely delicious! They give you a healthy portion so guaranteed for dinner the next night at home! Prices are comparable and not gouged but the food wow! I woke up thinking about the chicken dish I had in this luscious tomato sauce with a touch of cinnamon and this special rice. The dish came with a salad and we ordered a combo appetizer plate that could’ve been a meal in itself. We enjoyed a lovely Spanish Alberino with the meal. I will definitely be back!
