Hi! I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but this experience was really bad. I ordered a cheese less pizza for delivery (I can’t have dairy) and they put cheese on it. Needless to say I could not eat the food. I called the store and they said they were not capable of delivering the correct food or issuing a refund and that I should call back the next morning. I called the following morning and asked for a refund and he told me he didn’t know anything about it so he wouldn’t help me and then proceeded to hang up on me. I still haven’t received a refund or any kind of compensation for receiving the wrong order.

I called and they don’t answer the phone. 8 called 5 times and they never answered. They just leave you on hold for an hour.
So they stole my money, wasted my time, and we needed up with no pizza for 15 kids.

They routinely messed up my order, multiple times in a row on separate occasions. I would literally show them the receipt next to the pizza and ask how it was possible to mess up so obviously. Sometimes they have even delivered me the completely wrong pizza and not even notice. Whenever I try and call the store, I’m left on hold for up to 15 minutes just to be hung up on

Never ordering from here again. Food never got delivered, the customer service line doesn’t even work, and when I did get a hold of a person, who was rude, they sent me to the same line that just dropped my call. If I could I would give it zero stars.

My order went to this store by accident. I wanted to use the one on Solano because I saw the 3 star rating. As soon as I stepped in I witnessed that 3 star service. I stood at the counter for about a minute before anyone helped me. Also the toppings taste like they were kept in improper storage conditions.
