It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach the store. They never answer the call. We received the wrong pizza. We had to go back again to get our pizza. Why can't they make the pizza as ordered? Waste our money and time. Never order Domino's again.

I understand the Paying with cash is going out of style but the least management can do would be to come up with a number for the cash payments maximum that corresponds with the menu because having a $50 maximum for cash delivery doesn’t make any sense when your pizzas are almost $40 out the door.

I didn't feel like walking to my local places, so I ordered some Domino's for delivery. Never before have been embarrassed for a business like I was when I opened my "Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich" - almost no meat and the rest was so over-nuked that it had no flavor whatsoever. The pizza was nothing to speak of either, so I'll be skipping them for good. If you live anywhere near a local pizzeria, just go there instead.

Delivery issues. Driver gave us a hard time and was yelling on the phone. Had a hard time reaching the store to receive a refund since we never received the order.

Driver showed up ~10 minutes after the tracker and automated "they're arriving now!" text. Every single food item was wrong, dramatically so - it was 100% someone else's order. Drink was right though. Tried calling the store using the number online - waited on hold for almost 15 minutes before hanging up and calling back. Connected to someone and started to explain, they just said "what" and "sorry" and then hung up. Incredibly disappointed. I recommend you use any other Domino's in the area and allow for the extra wait time.

They forgot my icing for my cinnamon bread twists and made me wait after my order stated it was ready. It was difficult to get a hold of them.

First review and last review. I stop here generally because my kids likes it and it’s inexpensive. But, today is my last time. After a back and forth with a worker because of the language differences, I was given the wrong pizza. It was missing the selected toppings. Just plain cheese. When I pointed this out, the same worker rudely insisted, it was my pizza, because my name was on the ticket. Despite me showing him the correct order in the app. The manager watched. Did nothing until, I asked him to intervene. He wasn’t rude, but he dropped the ball. His solution was a refund and no pizza. With a hungry kid waiting, no pizza is no solution. I took the plain cheese and left. The level of frustration and aggravation isn’t worth my continued business. I have 30 years in food and beverage, this behavior is a business killer. Too many pizza places nearby to deal with behavior like this.

I don’t tend to review places, especially when there’s an issue. However, I had to review this one just for how bad it is.

I had a pickup order, so I went to the location. When I paid, they had issues with my payment and the ordeal took an hour before I got my pizza. But then, I was handed the incorrect pizza. You’d think the second time around, it would’ve been my order, but that wasn’t the case— went home only to find out I had the wrong order. I called and they took over 10min to answer. The commute was long and it was rush hour. I wanted a delivery instead and they couldn’t accommodate even with me suggesting paying for the delivery. So they tell me I need to go back to get my order. I went, they told me to wait 5-7min, I waited, went back in, and they haven’t even started my order. At this point, I was tired of it and asked for a refund.

This is a horrible location with bad, slow service. A giant waste of time that a refund could never cover.

Very rude and mean people. Their costumer service truly sucks! And they always get the wrong order and the pizza is just a disappointment.
