Best iced vanilla latte I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a lot in 31 years. I wish the hours were more accessible as I am an earlier commuter and would like to get this before work, also easy to miss since they close at 2.

Update: Disappointing when I was on my way to revisit today, but they’re completely closed on my two days off. Limited hours make it hard for customers to build a routine or support the business regularly. I hope they reconsider their hours because this place could be something special with more consistency.

Amazing atmosphere, delicious food/pastry selection, and overall great community spot! Don’t skip the Persian breakfast or the scones. Will definitely be back to try more soon :)

Great breakfast/lunch place on San Pablo, just south of Cedar Street in Berkeley. Right by the Acme Bread store.

Menu is short but good -- three sandwich choices for lunch, plus several bowls and toast offerings. I got the chorizo/cheese sandwich on an excellent crisp baguette. Liked it a lot. Mix of table seating indoors and some outdoor space, plus a short bar with five or eight chairs.

I didn't sample the wines but that selection looked great as well!

A++ all around. Outside seating available for those with dogs. The savory porridge is delicious— basically an elevated congee/jook and really hit the spot for me this morning. Highwire coffee. Super duper friendly staff. Selection of scones and pastries was excellent. It wasn’t very busy Saturday morning but I hope they pick up in business soon as word spreads how great this place is!

The vibe here is wonderful. You’ll feel welcomed and nourished. The cafe has greenery inside and out.

They also host community events like the Paella Party with live cooking and education.
