Not the same as an actual stand alone Feng Cha. Definitely won't visit this location if I need boba

The boba we had were quite good. However, the service seems to be slow despite not having many customers. The popcorn chicken also seems stale.

40 minute wait for 2 items because they said they forgot, ordered original flavor popcorn chicken and it was spicy. Terrible service, portions very small.

Looks very run down, boba was not good. Do yourself a favor and walk down the street to TP tea it’s so much better and costs less

This place has gotten trashy. Funny how they are raising the price despite cheaping out on everything. It’s unkempt, not enough workers and you cannot interact with them because they’re only in the kitchen.

Tiramisu is very delicious. At first on the screen it said it was number 17. But I was confused that after just a moment he called me.

The pearl milk is delicious, the salty crispy chicken is very cost-effective and the quantity is large. The sea salt pearl soufflé is not bad, but too much salt and sugar is too salty and too sweet. I don't know why there were mosquitoes flying around the place when I entered the store. I felt uncomfortable when I saw it. I suggested that I contact a pest control company to deal with it. Love boba tea. Good place if you want to find a seat and take a break.

Folks running the spot before close couldn't find my order in the many POS tablets but still made my drink anyway.

Try not to use the "Food Ordering" option for pickup in Google Maps since that put my order into a black hole.

With no doubt the worst tea I have ever had, I ordered the “Citris Lord” and the drink taste horrible, it’s like they added the most bitter medicine pill that find to the drink, it’s so terrible that I threw it away after my first sip

Avoid this place!!! Tea tastes disgusting like mop water, could not take a second sip

Tea was good (not the best in berkeley but still good). I really wanted to spend a few hours here, eating and trying a few teas, but unfortunately the bathrooms were out of service, the flashing overheads lights were painful, and there were so many flies.
It would be a good place to study if it weren't for that.

Please close your hot drinks or tape them bc they spilled all over me and burnt my hands. Customer service was not friendly either. I asked her for a cup holder because I had three drinks and she threw the plastic bag on the counter and I had to put down all my drinks to put it in. Restrooms aren’t working either.

Despite enjoying the great food and service, I went through a tough situation when a homeless man inside the store demanded my food/money. Unfortunately, he took my paid-for, barely touched meal, leaving me uneasy in a place where I anticipated feeling safe. It was disheartening that no one intervened, even with people around me. As a customer, I feel disappointed and let down, particularly with the lack of intervention. I kindly ask you to address safety and security concerns for future instances.
