Waited for 30min before anyone attended us. After that, the service was good. We ordered a bunch of tapas and a paella. Favorite tapa: Pulpo. The Paella was great too.

This restaurant was amazing. It looks like a very modest restaurant, but the quality of the food was outstanding. The flavors were very unique and the presentation of the food was creative. I would come here again and again. Glad we found this little gem!

We had several tapas for our Sunday brunch. The "Coca", "Bimi", "Piquillos", and a couple of Croquetas plus Croqueta Benedicto. All were very tastie. For me the Coca is a MUST! Also, just know that the Brunch Menu on their website does not list all of the items to choose from for brunch. You should go and eat up

Good service, great food. My only complaint is that the available red wines are all a bit pricy. Offering a bottle or two in the $50 to $65 range would be a good idea.

Always enjoy dinner at La Marcha. Their six paella dishes are all excellent and the rest of the menu offers great variety.

Some of the five items we ordered were tasty but were rather small. Some good flavors. A diner at a table next to us commented about his food that he wasn't that pleased either

A friend and I came for lunch on Saturday, expecting tapas, and were dazzled by the wide choice of delicious brunch entrees. We loved all the food combinations and flavors and the absolutely divine patatas bravas included as an accompaniment to our entree choices. Our server, Miu, was warm, friendly, patient and very responsive (with cooperation from the kitchen) to a couple of specific requests we made (doneness of poached eggs, sauce for patatas bravas).

Authentic Spanish tapas, well served and in European sized portions. Takes you back to Spain. Great wine selection by the glass. Would recommend, slightly on the noisier so not your intimate tête à tête type of place. Would be suitable for a group of you. Will come again.

The only luncheon waitress was overwhelmed by the number of people she had to serve. A large group of about 16 people came in at once and her needing to serve them made her service to others unacceptably slow. We had to ask for more hot water for tea at least three times before we got service. Similarly, we had to wait for desert menu and service an unacceptably long time. Given that the restaurant has reservations ahead of time, they should have had more waiters to serve the customers. The waitress that was there tried her best.

Service was excellent but our $65 squid ink paella had 6 tiny dried out clams and a few mounds of sausage. The paella rice was good but that dish not worth $65. The octopus:pulpo was good but it was literally one arm cut into 6 or 8 1/2 inch pieces. Basically an amuse bouche. Gambas were good. All 5 of them. Almost $200 lunch with 2 mocktails and churros. I was left wanting.

I stopped into La Marcha for weekend brunch and left a bit underwhelmed. The room is inviting and the dishes look great coming out of the kitchen, but the flavors didn't quite land. Everything we tried was competently cooked, just oddly timid on seasoning. A little more salt, acid, or herbs would have gone a long way. Service was friendly and unhurried, though it leaned toward hands-off; refills and check-ins took a while. The standout miss was the Bloody Mary. Instead of a classic, tomato-forward mix with some bite, it was a thin gazpacho, very light, slightly watery, and lacking the spice and acidity you expect from that type of cocktail. Overall, it was an okay experience, but with bolder seasoning and a more traditional take on the drinks, brunch here could move from average to memorable.

An excellent Spanish restaurant with many delicious tapas plus paellas and Spanish wines from Rioja as well as Robera del Duero.

Second time to La Marcha in a couple of weeks. We found it via Check Please Bay Area. Really, really enjoy this place. The first time was for Tapas and the second to try out a Paella. Very happy with both experiences!

Delicious food with some interesting takes on classic tapas (e.g., tortilla with chanterelles and black garlic aioli). You will leave happy and having eaten too much!
