The Henry's Burger was pretty good, cooked as requested. Food arrived within 15 minutes. Pleasant service. Reasonable price for a hotel restaurant. This is my third visit to The Graduate Hotel, and probably the 5th time I've eaten here. The food has been remarkably consistent.
Firstly, please do not trust my post 100%. All five stars are due to my beautiful memories of the place. I stayed at the Hotel more than a couple of times, I stopped at the bar on each occasion.

First off, I have a vague understanding of the problems driving customer service in America. Too many people, not enough servers, "nobody wants towork", all of which contribute to crowded restaurants and slow service.That being said, I do not understand why businesses don't adapt to these constraints.
