Don't EVER order with the kiosk, you'll get stuck in the very back of the queue behind 100s of online orders, even ones placed 10 minutes after your order. Took over 30 minutes to get my drink

Rating is not for the product but the way this store manager or management team staffs this store. Placed an order for 2 drinks at 6:45pm on a Friday, and it’s 7:37pm and we still don’t have our drinks. A 1 hour wait for TWO DRINKS in unacceptable and shows the inefficiency of this store’s manager to properly staff the store and staff training. Also, idk why you keep online ordering off at all times at this point, just shut it off to prevent horrible backups like this. I feel bad for staff and also bad for customers, it’s a lose-lose situation. I am not returning to this store ever unless the broken staffing and order surge management issues are actually fixed. (Don’t think they will be either because capitalism…) I know people will probably still keep coming and staying the 1 hour, but it’s really not worth it and unacceptable. Same goes for Metreon location in SF, they have similar issues.

Mmmm I got the brown sugar cheese milk, wow!!! So delicious and only waited about 5 minutes, I'm not kidding. This place is amazing!

A friend recommended this place, & I came to try many times. I think these 4 are the ok drinks here: the supreme bobo milk tea (for 1st time, after that it becomes boring, too creamy & to sweet), the cold jasmine milk tea (very strong), coconut mango boom ( which my son likes), & recently the pistachio cloud king jasmine (light/less sugar adjustment). I like the way they provide the paper bag, it looks fancy. The shop is small & clean.
Downside: take really long time to get the drink, all their milk teas taste the same flavour as the supreme bobo milk tea. Nothing different when adding bobo into the drink. I guess they using too much brown sugar, that’s why it becomes too sweet when adding bobo into the drink. I don’t recommend to add bobo into the black milk tea with less sugar. It tastes sooo sweet. I bought my drink at 13:25 & just drink 2 sips to taste, & the drink still full at 10:41pm. This is the first time I’ve ever been able to drink a milk teas. Second one is the triple supreme matcha latte, it tastes bitter & blind, we had to throw it away.

I got a Crisp Grape Boom and a Coconut Mango Boom.
The Crisp Grape Boom was very watery and not slushy at all which is weird because this drink is supposed to be a slush. That was the 1st issue with the drink, and the 2nd issue was that the drink was not even filled up to the top of the cup. That is frustrating since I was excited and looking forward to the drinks.

Ordered at 7:52 and received my drinks at 8:52. Exactly one hour wait for two drinks. The guy next to me ordered one drink and was waiting at least a half hour. Drinks are good, I went here cause I’ve been to the sf location but they were clean and quick there. Here, not really. I worked in restaurants so I tried to be understanding but come on.

The taste is sooooo good, but the service is so slow i’ve been waiting for 35 minutes just for 2 drinks, literally 35 minutes The smell of the place is terrible.but TBH THE TASTE IS SO GOOD

The drinks are not too sweet and boba good consistency. However, I ordered the boba milk tea with less ice and got food poisoning after consuming it. I think bc the boba was hot and so it warmed the milk and bacteria grew rapidly so the drink made me sick

I feel that Heytea's quality is really consistent, even though its price are a bit higher than other boba shops.
This time I tried their Coconut Matcha Bbo, which has cloud, macha, coconut milk and boba. It tasted great, the flavor was on point. I ordered on their app, which makes it easy to customize your drink. Highly recommended!
