If you’re looking for an authentic and delicious dining experience, Himalayan Curry House is the place to go! The food is absolutely amazing,. The Nepali momo and chowmein are incredibly tasty,
Their chicken tandoori is hands down the best—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly grilled. On top of that, the service is outstanding—friendly, fast, and attentive.
Whether you’re a fan of Nepali dishes or just love great food, this place is a must-visit! Highly recommended!

We visit regularly, and the food is fantastic every time: rich and delicious dishes, the portions are quite generous, the service is attentive, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. Arguably, it is one of the best Indian restaurants in Albany/Berkeley.

Stopped by for an early Sunday dinner and was positively surprised at every step. The food was excellent, with samosas, chicken momos, and breads being a highlight. The service was excellent throughout. I also recommend the goat Biryani, the raita is excellent and it's spiced fantastically. One of the best North Indian/Nepalese spots in the bay.

One of the most modest place with the most authentic and delicious food. We've tried many places on Solano and this is definitely one of our favorite. The Aloo Naan was adequately stuffed and fresh. The Saag Paneer was prepared with fresh ingredients. The place is simple, modest and meets all our needs.

Amazing food. So good. Flawless Nann. Maybe best I’ve had in my life. The chicken tikka masala is all white meat and amazing. Service is fast and friendly. Amazing place. Will be back. A++++

This place is really special. The food is so tasty. Feels like home cooking, made with love. Also excellent as take out. But eating in is really special. Casual, comfortable ambiance with lovely, low key service. I’ve brought my baby in a couple of times and they always take extra care of her - don’t have to but they go above and beyond. Also prices are very reasonable

The food was a disaster. Total disaster.
No taste, they brought lentils soup cold, veggies soggy, they use the cheapest oil…
I want to write more, but I am trying to digest this horrible food that’s not going down—the worst dining experience of my life.
People who wrote positive reviews about this disastrous restaurant have no clue what good food tastes like.

My husband and I love this spot and regularly enjoy the lunch specials here. I recently ordered the pumpkin chicken curry and he ordered the chicken saag. Both were so good that we didn’t share! Lunch specials come with white or brown rice, lentil soup (yum), and very fluffy naan. Pair with a hot chai and it’s an excellent meal.
