Food was good, better than the absolute lowest ranked cheese steak shop in the area. The nice thing is they offer 10% off your first order, but there is no way to redeem that offer. They also forget things from your order, in my case an order of fries, and then will not contact you back, no matter how many times you leave them a message via their app. [UPDATE: three times is the charm, and this review] would recommend checking your stapled up order before leaving.

We have another update, so at first the owner states that I have the wrong location, see below, where the Berkeley locations is somehow not in Berkeley. Then after finally responding to the third contact, states that if it is DoorDash that I need to contact them, when clearly from the multiple contacts and pictures provided it is actually the IBs app from their webpage.
I am getting such enjoyment from continuing to report out on the $5 that IBs does not want to refund, I am going ti keep this going until it is resolved, but the cheapness in the responses I am getting back, signals this may be a long and protracted saga.

Food was delicious I never wrote reviews before but had to share my experience only thing I didn’t notice was if they had bell peppers to add on or jalapeños then would been 100 percent perfect. Service was good friendly guy in the front food came out fast and hot ❤️

I had a similar experience two nights ago as Brian although I didn’t think there were antidepressants. I’ve just been feeling sick and unsure if I want to finish this last half of my sandwich I got late 8/3 with my first date who got impatient after I asked and the employees seemed to have a lack of seriousness for delivering real quality service compared to getting laughs out of innocent hungry guests. Would appreciate a $35 refund on my cheesesteak and fry because I am not familiar with the brown gunky texture in the ingredients from the sandwich I ordered. :( I loved IBs so much a year or two ago
