Pros:
- Great location right across the street from Trader Joe’s and many restaurants!
- Amenities include a decent gym, laundry room and roof tops.
- Safety. The main entrance and parking garage are both secured with key fob/opener access.
- Pretty quiet for upper floor units not facing University Ave.
- Received all packages and some were even delivered to my door. Amazing!
- Video toured with Ryan from SG real estate who has been very responsive and helpful throughout the leasing process.
- Management is very communicative about issues and projects.
Cons:
- The common areas are cleaned regularly but somehow smell like garbage so they have to put air fresheners all over.
- The trash and recycling area is out of control cause some tenants leave their garbage outside the cans blocking parking spaces.
Overall, great apartment and neighbors. Would recommend!
Nice large apartments with tall ceilings. The gym has all the key weights and the lobby area is prestigiously stunning. It does not get old, even as the building ages.
The management company SG is negligent about blatant safety hazards (rooftop deck floors being broken, mold, plumbing issues in the basement). I've never been able to get a maintenance person to actually show up and fix a problem. And icing on the cake: they tear up garden beds planted by residents despite having an agreement that residents would be in charge of maintaining them. Their communication is trash. Yes, the view and parts of the building are pretty, but you don't want a renter you can't communicate with.
overpriced crazy
So creative and delicious!
Loved the place, their recommendation for a jasmine cream tea was spot on! Wish there was a way to consume or use less plastic for the boba drink.
This is some of the best and coolest icecream you could want. Granted the price is about 10 dollars it can easily be shared with two or three people and you can get unlimited toppings, which is awesome. It is also cool to see them make the icecream and scrape it into the bowl. Its a show and a treat in one!
The idea of ice cream in swirls is good, the choices of flavours and toppings and their quality also. But I was very dissappointed n'y the totally desorganized service of the command location in Berkeley. Two employees (one of them certainly a trainee or a rookie) were certainly not enough to run the store from cashier to production, according to the quite important number of customers waiting. At the end, we did not get any of the two choices our family made, but two others. I do not think I will visit this branch again, the prices are also quite high for not getting what you ordered.
Best ice cream ever,
Worst customer service by the lady over there .

Amazing place for ice cream with number of toppings.
Good...my daughter like the experience of them making ice cream...A bit pricey for what you get, but worth the experience/taste according to her.
Great place for kids to get ice cream and for adults as well. Delicious !!
The ice cream is good. Service is very slow. Under staffed both times I went. Have to wait more than 10 minutes for your order to be ready
Great ice cream and unlimited toppings but a bit of a wait since it's full of college kids
