This is some of the best and coolest icecream you could want. Granted the price is about 10 dollars it can easily be shared with two or three people and you can get unlimited toppings, which is awesome. It is also cool to see them make the icecream and scrape it into the bowl. Its a show and a treat in one!
The idea of ice cream in swirls is good, the choices of flavours and toppings and their quality also. But I was very dissappointed n'y the totally desorganized service of the command location in Berkeley. Two employees (one of them certainly a trainee or a rookie) were certainly not enough to run the store from cashier to production, according to the quite important number of customers waiting. At the end, we did not get any of the two choices our family made, but two others....

- Great location right across the street from Trader Joe’s and many restaurants!
- Amenities include a decent gym, laundry room and roof tops.
- Safety. The main entrance and parking garage are both secured with key fob/opener access.
- Pretty quiet for upper floor units not facing University Ave.
- Received all packages and some were even delivered to my door. Amazing!
