Two soda foundations, neither worked. Had canned soda, wasn't offered as a substitute. No public restroom despite being required by law for paying customers. Chain restaurant, go somewhere else for your money.

Great sandwiches, amazing choice. But so slow. Only one kitchen employee really overworked. Long wait for simple sandwiches.

I didn't realize it was a chain, looked interesting but just marketing, food was very boring and not very good and very expensive, service was surly to say the least, certainly won't ever want to go to any Ike's anywhere again...

I have been coming here for over 15 years but even if place is nearly empty, i find myself still waiting over 10-20 minutes due to staff chatting away with other staff members about things they are going through in life. Also, employees who used to handle cash register and cash would wash hands and put on gloves if handling food and wrapping the sandwiches but now i am noticing employees go from handling cash and register to directly making sandwiches and wrapping and bagging them; gross and unsanitary.

Screaming sandwiches friendly staff & great atmosphere took off one star because the bathroom is permanently closed due to issues with the unhoused population.

TLDR: Ordered a simple Jim Rome.1st attempt: added surprise pickles2nd attempt: no turkey3rd attempt: no cheese, no avocadoI give up.Ordered a Jim Rome from their website with lettuce, tomato, and onion. It was delivered and made with pickles. I called the store and explained the situation. They gave me a refund which was awesome.I proceeded to order another sandwich on their website. The exact same thing. Once delivered, I found it was made without turkey....I got in my car and drove to the store and spoke with the same employee, I think, since there were only 2 working. He was shocked that turkey was not included and offered to remake the sandwich a 3rd time. I gave him both receipts with the same order and received the correct sandwich. I did bring back both mistakes and asked him if they could give it to someone. He said u could leave it and they'll give it to some homeless people at the end of the night. I was glad to hear the food was not going to waste. My issue boils down to ordering delivery for the convenience. After 2 attempts of delivery, I still had to drive down to the store and have them make the sandwich a 3rd time. I get that mistakes happen, but come on, twice in a row with the same sandwich and customer. It doesn't end there. I got home and went to eat the third attempt of my sandwich. No cheese. No avocado.I'm done. Should I tempt fate and ask for a 4th remake? At this point it's a lost cause.
