They using their own driver you can’t know what time they going to deliver worst store I ever order from you get no update for your order , Uber Eats thy don’t know what time driver going show up is unbelievable

the birthday cake cookie is my favorite, but the chocolate chip is also good. hoping they have vegan ice cream soon🍪

Cookies we're great, if you have a REAL sweet tooth and your craving cookies I suggest you come through and get half a dozen or to your heart's contempt get a glass of milk and go to town!

Quality of cookies has suddenly dropped. Ever since the store closed temporarily because of the ovens, the cookies have had a greasy flavour and are too hard on the outside. The rest of the cookie has had a weird doughy texture.

Hope they can fix this. I was a regular and the cookies used to be perfect.

This was my first time placing an order and I’m very disappointed as I received someone else’s order!

I have attached what I ordered and the 2 items I received. In the order that was delivered to my house it did not include any cookies. It only contained 2 melted ice creams of a flavor unknown to me (as this is someone else’s order). As it is the weekend, I was looking forward to enjoying a delicious dessert which is currently now not the case. I will reach out to the store during regular business hours (I called before 1am but the phone number states they are closed; another inconvenience) to figure out what can be done and I hope they can redo my order so I can finally try the cookies.

Update your hours.

So delicious warm the right sweetness and chocolate chips the gooey center of the brownie was definitely 🔥

Delivery took over a hour to get to me for 4 cookies and a two scoop ice cream… and when it arrived it was melted.. and the 1st cookie I bit into had a blonde hair? Like I’m over it. Was very disappointed with this location. Don’t recommend go to a better location to get cookies

Hands down the best cookies ever but Mr. “I’m by myself” tonight’s customer service wasn’t appeasing.(1/21/25 8pm)

Got a classic 6 pack and turns out they were 1 cookie shy because they ran out. I asked if he can just put a deluxe cookie in there as that’s the only other flavor we like. Absolutely not, no can do. Then told us it’d take 10-15 for a fresh batch of snickerdoodles. We asked to pay the difference (less than $2) for the box change. No can do. No refund no repurchase. Customer service/cash register duties couldn’t possibly be that difficult. He didn’t try to reason/help out at all and repeated multiple times he’s working by himself and there was an earlier rush

If you desire slightly less sweet cookies than Crumbl, then this is the place for you. They probably still have the same caloric intake, except these are more akin to actual cookies rather than cake. It is better to get something like a cookie sandwich since buying the cookie itself lacks novelty, but you still pay for the price of something novel like that at Crumbl. My only complaint about this place's service is quite slow for something as simple as cookies. However, the place is never dirty, which makes waiting for cookies more palpable.

The cookies were underbaked, and the chocolate chips were too big in the chocolate chip cookies. They must have changed the recipe, which is disappointing if you expect the same result in flavor and taste. The cookies were not well done.
