I ordered the tteokbokki and was really disappointed. The portion was tiny for the price it felt more like a sample than a full order. On top of that, the rice cakes were dry and chewy instead of soft and saucy. The flavor was okay, but between the portion size and the texture, it just didn’t feel worth what I paid. I’ll have to come back and try the chicken instead, but I wouldn’t order the tteokbokki again.

Ordered food at 6:14 PM with DoorDash. Initial estimate is 6:43-6:58 PM. Driver gets there before 6:50 PM, waits about 40 minutes and then at 7:30 PM the restaurant cancels the order.
I later reached the restaurant and they told me the order was cancelled because the driver was harassing them. Obviously unacceptable behavior from the driver; however, it really should not have taken so long to fulfill a takeout order after accepting it. I do not know how the estimate is calculated though - maybe that’s on DoorDash. Please review your staffing and process of fulfilling orders.
We love your chicken though and don’t want this to happen again.
