The quality of the sushi was amazing, I was like in a buffet in heaven lol. Sushi came in under 15 minutes when I ordered katsu salmon rolls that weren’t on the conveyer belt.

Way too expensive for what you get. What service? It’s a conveyer belt. I did order a coke. They forgot to give it to me and charged $4 lol.

The service was excellent! I ordered a small gift on the ordering machine, but when the conveyor belt came, I found it was a duplicate. I took it to the staff and asked if I could exchange it. Since it was extra, I could return it to you. The staff readily agreed and told me I could keep one and she would get me the correct one. What a pleasant experience!

Quick service and great ambient. There’s no wait line for weekday lunches, Don’t expect a high quality sushi here though.

This was 1000% the worst sushi experience of my life and I am a sushi fanatic that has tried countless restaurants, good and bad. This place takes the cake as being the most horrendous. They start you off with a 2 hour wait time, even if you are a party of 2 with no waiting area so you are outside in the rain. Next you are finally seated for them so give you the wrong bathroom code to have you wait another 30 minutes even though there is no one in the restroom! Then when you are so hungry that you are about to faint they serve you probably the most low quality and poor tasting sushi in California. Not only is the sushi terrible but the prices are outrageous, with the stale sushi priced at $4 a mini plate. I ended up spending $150 with me and my friend and we left completely unsatisfied. We also asked for wasabi at the beginning of our meal only to never receive it. If you are craving sushi, make sure to just go anywhere else besides Kura Revolving Sushi… with gas station sushi even being a few steps above.

They charge way too much per roll for the substandard quality of the sushi being provided. Also I asked for wasabi at the beginning of my meal and never got it while other people got wasabi. Also a 2 hr wait time for the quality of food is not worth the time or money when you can spend less money at other restaurants for better quality food. $4 per plate for substandard sushi is not worth it. I would rather eat gas station sushi then eat at this establishment ever again.

Me and my boyfriend went at 7pm on a saturday and waited in the virtual queue for 2 hours. The inside is very fun and Japanese tourist themed. They have little robots and if you eat 15 plates you get a random keychain prize. The quality is ok and the price per plate was a little steep so we mostly only ate the premium things. You can also order any of the dishes on a touch screen directly to your table and they come on the top conveyer belt which was also fun! The bathrooms also have Japanese toilets with bidets. Overall fun experience, good for groups and families, especially if you aren’t familiar with sushi so you can see it right in front of you before you decide to eat it! Could also be good if you don’t have a big appetite since each plate is $3.95 on the belt.

The quality of the sushi is bad and the dining area smells like the WC area.

Actually fine, overpriced for okay food and automated service. There are definitely better sushi restaurants at similar price in town.

I was super excited to try this place so I brought my fam here! We looove sushi.

Immediately when we walked in there was a foul stench. It literally spelled like poop. As we were waiting to be seated we were debating whether to leave or not---I still gag at that smell 😭😭.

We gave them the benefit of the doubt and sat down. The servers were super nice and attentive. I first tried the seared salmon sushi, and the rice tasted the way the restaurant smelled :(. I truly couldn't eat it. I'm not sure if the water used for the sushi rice is contaminated, but it was horrible.

I wanted to order something else bc the sushi was so bad so I ordered ramen. I'm not kidding you, it was so salty it was inedible. Even my dad who eats everything gagged.

I really had high hopes, I've been anticipating this sushi spot opening :(. The staff were SUPER friendly though. The cheesecake was also good.

I hope they fix the smell problem!! It was horrible to smell that while eating :(.
