The service was excellent! I ordered a small gift on the ordering machine, but when the conveyor belt came, I found it was a duplicate. I took it to the staff and asked if I could exchange it. Since it was extra, I could return it to you. The staff readily agreed and told me I could keep one and she would get me the correct one. What a pleasant experience!

Me and my boyfriend went at 7pm on a saturday and waited in the virtual queue for 2 hours. The inside is very fun and Japanese tourist themed. They have little robots and if you eat 15 plates you get a random keychain prize. The quality is ok and the price per plate was a little steep so we mostly only ate the premium things. You can also order any of the dishes on a touch screen directly to your table and they come on the top conveyer belt which was also fun! The bathrooms also...
