Lovely, casual spot with modern, tasty brunch options, outside dining, and nice wine and cocktail offerings.

To start off, the staff and service was excellent and the atmosphere was warm and cozy. The Bloody Mary was a little underwhelming with the overall flavor and garnishes. The California Benedict and Bagel Delux were exquisite, unique flavors and a lovely presentation and the portion sizes were perfect on each plate. We left feeling adequately full but not overstuffed and very satisfied

Ordered a iced chai that was mostly milk. Chicken and waffles was inedible. The waffles had a strong aftertaste and the chicken looked burnt. I took one bite and could tell that it definitely was chicken from the day before reheated and tried to pass off as fresh. The grayish meat should have been white. I ordered and received my order in less then......I repeat "LESS THEN !!!!" 5 MINUTES. CHICKEN takes longer then 5 min to fry. I wasn't going to risk getting sick eating this slop. I threw it out the window as I was driving back home.....chai was tossed along with it. $25+ down the drain. I wouldn't give that mess to my dog. Sad, sad pathetically sad.

I'll gone to LB for the Corn beef hash but think they have changed the recipe where there is now more potatoes than corn beef (cutback). Infact the potatoes were too soft like mash potatoes. It doesn't have that pan fried taste. Before you taste chunks of Corn beef...not anymore. On the California Benedict instead of english muffin it was put on toast. Toast absorb the eggs too much and made it soggy.
