The frozen custard was dense and creamy. It paired perfectly with the tart lemon sauce and fresh raspberries. The generous swirl of whipped cream complemented the custard well. Service was prompt and courteous.
Very bland and watery, the sauce and toppings only made it ok
I often see the owner herself working here! The owner and other staff are so friendly and kind! The portions are great and the dessert is delicious!
Great little spot. Tucked away in the “theater district” of Berkeley small shop but huge impact line out of the door when we went, but it went fast, delicious dessert, and friendly staff.
What an incredible hidden gem! Do yourself a favor and try their pinacolada custard based seasonal special! It is amazing and will teleport you to Hawaii!
Delicious frozen custard and very friendly staff. Lexie and Kevin
has been always empathetic and kind in my interactions with her. She has a good spirit and it shows up in the ice cream she makes.
The best part is there is a theatre across the street and the dance hall next door. Perfect delight to add to a delicious cup of an ice my tear.
Better than homemade. Just an absolute treat. It’s a required stop whenever in downtown Berkeley, and most definitely before/after a show at the Freight.
The pies are flavorful and filling!
The very berry sundaes tastes so good!!! Best ice cream I’ve ever had in Berkeley

Highly recommend! Ice cream (it's actually frozen custard) that has been elevated to another realm of silky, dense, rich wonderfulness.
Best frozen custard I’ve ever had in my life. They only have four flavors, and I respect that. Go get them all.
Best frocus in the bay
Since it’s a special day, figured I’d dessert it up. Found Lexie’s, packed on a Friday night, clearly I don’t get out enough.
Lexie was behind the counter, we had a quick back and forth…she’s 2 months younger and even offered a candle. I declined, but we both had a shared twinkle in the eye.
Got the sorbet with a selection of toppings suggested by her. Check this spot out.
Amazing best custard, decent price, next door to Freight and Salvage
