Truly excellent sushi, decent size portions. Decorations and atmosphere mostly lacking. Friendly but not exceptional service. Very tasty. Would come again.

During the week I spent visiting my daughter, a student at Berkeley, we went there twice: delicious, everything fresh, huge portions. After Europe, this is unreal quality for reasonable money. Thank you so much! I hope to visit you again, and more than once!

Ordered Pink Lady from Specialty, Rock n Roll and 2 maki s for lunch. Rolls had good amt of fresh sashimi in them and were tasty. Staff was very helpful with recommendations and nice. Ambience wasn't fancy but perfect for lunch

We had to wait 15 minutes for service, but the staff was very kind. Flies from outside made finishing lunch tough. Rolls broke up easily, but glad to support the neighborhood restaurants. We'll be back.

Just superb! Everything on the menu (and we tried almost everything) is excellent and tasty, inviting you to have more. The chefs are top class and the service is excellent.

Fun local Japanese restaurant for a quality and balanced dinner or for some small bites with drinks. Theres a great deal for the 2 item bento course and our food came with complimentary miso soups and cold orange desserts at the end.

Excellent sashimi and sushi/tempura. Coming from New England, the quality was particularly appreciated.

So tasty, the spicy yellow tail was really good and the waitress was really nice
Some of the best sushi I’ve had. We stopped here on a drive through town and we are so happy we did. The sushi was delicious and we loved the miso soup and orange included with our meals!
Not a fan. The gyoza and tempura were super overcooked and so crunchy. The waitress didn't seem like she had any kind of training and didn't know what was available. In my opinion, the fish-to-rice ratio was super off. The nigiri was just huge for no reason and not good quality. I ended up leaving most of my nigiri. The miso soup was also pretty salty.
Fresh, fresh, fresh
Standard neighborhood Japanese restaurant. Nothing special.
