I'm here 4pm on weekdays. Ordered kitsune udon. Tempura station is empty. No tempura shrimp??? I go pay and no one is at the register. I stood there for 3mins and finally someone came from back. I go look for my table and tables are dirty. No one is there to supervise. My udon was over cooked. 讃岐うどんのコシが無さすぎ。As I am done eating and writing this review, no one is out cleaning the dining tables. It is just sad.

Showed up at 1130am Tuesday, had a Tonkutsu. It was good but broth temperature was not right. It was lukewarm, not hot. Please get the broth ready before serving customer. I would like to come back again.

Also I dropped the stuffed animal my friend had made (and JUST given me) in the planter in the middle of a table, and two separate people (I think a server and a manger) climbed up the counter to help me get him back. A grabber claw arm thing came to the rescue lol. They were so helpful!
