I'm on cut and one box provides enough protein and carb for two meal without losing muscle, toss in some greens yourself and it's one of the most balanced meals you can get around the campus
Chicken katsu is Da Kind bra! I got their "Aloha BBQ combo" to go and she was nice enough to let me switch out the barbecue chicken for the katsu chicken and I'm so glad she did. So ono! And you get a Big heavy plate of food for your money!
Both the BBQ Beef and Kalbi short ribs tasted great but they were both a little bit fatty and just a little chewy, compared to when I used to get the same dishes at L&L (The standard of Hawaiian barbecue restaurants)...

For how affordable the options are at Moku, their food was pretty good! I got the curry chicken bento and the chicken was nice and tender, though a little burned (it was a busy lunchtime when I ordered). I’ll definitely come back again and try their mini lunch options.
