The server I met today was incredibly unprofessional. She behaved impatiently and spoke to me in a loud voice - Could you please practice to speak to people in a calm and polite manner? The food was not satisfactory, and I will not visit again

Got the hunan sweet and sour. Really subpar, and only 3 pieces of tofu in the whole soup :/

WOW. Top notch Taiwanese Beef Noodles. The only that really tastes authentic I’ve seen so far in California.

I posted but on the wrong location. I ordered pick up and the food was delicious. So many items that reminded me of my ma's cooking that I hadn't seen on other menus. For example the hainan chicken, so tender and perfectly seasoned! And the black bean sauce noodles (although it was missing the scrambled egg strips, don't forget to order that extra and I would also add some more noodles as they don't scrimp on the sauce). The shrimp was plentiful and tender! Dandan noodles divine. The fresh vegetables were combo of baby bok choy and broccoli and perfectly stir fried. The only negative was a flaw in their texting system so I thought that my order was ready 30 min earlier than what I put for pick up. Also instead of the Hong Kong pork chop we got a steak dish which was incredibly delicious and tender but will need to go back to order that.
Overall very pleased and it is my new go to Chinese restaurant. I am just sad I didn't find it earlier. And more affordable with larger servings than other places. Please support this restaurant as I want it to stay in Berkeley for a long long time!

The Best taiwanese beef soup! Everything on the menu is delicious & fresh made! The rose tea is my favorite. Great service atmosphere family owned!

I visited Noodle Fresh Chinese Restaurant in July along with my sister and life hasn't been the same! The ambiance was so peaceful and the decor was very charming and culturally authentic. We were graciously greeted and the service was nice. I ordered a house specialty Jiangxi noodle salad F*****

Rice noodle with chicken, seafood-flavored chili sauce, bok choy, bell pepper, garlic & scallion, serve warm. I added house made chili sauce and soy sauce as desired, very wise. In a word 'divine'! Perfectly seasoned allowing each ingredient to speak with its own essence, simple yet elegant and absolutely unforgettable. It was beautifully presented and importantly not salty. I experienced way more than expected. You'd be wise to visit and prepare for a bountiful meal, regardless of your menu choice.

Big spacious place, the noodles are delicious snd flavorful. The Mongolian beef is super tender. The portions are good sized but I did think that 5 wings is very little for an appetizer order. The wings are crispy and good.

Had dinner with friends at Noodle Fresh tonight in a private room, and it was such a nice experience. The dishes were honestly impressive. Each one felt carefully thought out, with flavors I haven’t come across anywhere else.
What I liked most was how every dish looked like a small piece of art, but nothing felt overdone. You could tell the owner really puts effort into designing the menu, and the flavors were all different yet balanced. It’s the kind of place where you remember each dish because it’s not just another plate of noodles or dumplings.
If you’re looking for something that feels special but still comforting, I’d recommend trying Noodle Fresh.
