Actually terrible at handling a rush. Watched my online order (which was ready 25 minutes after the time they asked me to show up) sit there done for 10 minutes as they put newer orders in front of it. Got my food cold, and with only one scoop of tofu on a plate. Ordering online is not worth here.

I had just ordered 2 bowls online with 1 entree + 1 side each, then I added 1 more side to 1 of the 2 bowls using with a mail offer for 20% off for a new order (and I had just joined their rewards program) I was charged for 2 entrees and 3 sides but what was delivered was 1 entree and 4 sides. I called several times to tell them about the error and no one answered the phone. Terrible service !

I watched a homeless man walk in and pull a cup out of a garbage, then proceeded to the fountain machine to use up all dispensers, taking sips and splashing the liquid onto the dispensers, and then dumping it out — then filling it back up repeatedly. I also saw the staff glance at him but say nothing. There were only 2 other guests at the time. The machine and nearby utensils was clearly contaminated but the staff didn’t want to do anything about it.
That’s their attention to cleanliness for you. Go if you like to get sick, I guess.

They need more staff. I waited 30 minutes to get my order (I am actually still waiting as I post this opinion. My food is siting there while a line of 10 people have not yet paid). A disaster. Avoid coming here unless no one is at the restaurant.
