I ordered my pizza on the app and they charged me for all that but when I to the store for pickup they said we don’t have your order, either order again or get out of the store.

Not going to lie. This papadia was pretty good. This was my first time ever visiting a papa John's. The commercial they had advertising the papadia reeled me in. I walked into a empty restaurant. Ordered. Took about 15-20 mins. Food came out hot and fresh. The little cool ranch powder they put on top is good. The cool ranch dipping sauce is also really good. Well done papa John's

I normally order from Papa John's because another locations puzzza was not to my liking. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza for my dtr after leaving a track meet and was surprised at how good it was. It was hot and tasty. I will definitely return to this location.
The employees don't wear masks... they don't sell pizza by the slice as their sign advertises. And there is also no restroom for customers..The pizza itself is good, but not $20 for a small pizza good..

Can't say I'm a fan of pizza with cheese falling off the bread like a wet rag on a stone slab. You're better off getting a sponge from dollar tree and eating it for an authentic Papa John's experience. That being said, the oreo cinnamon rolls are crazy good.

Delivery never turned up. I was on the phone with him repeatedly for two hours. They claim they have no history of my order. Credit card was charged. Don't even think about ordering from these Cowboys. All of the reviews here are legitimate. There are so much better places to order from. Save your money and your stress.
