Amazing food! My go to order is the Tri Tip Rice Bowl, I would ask for extra green sauce on the side. Portions are okay for the price you’re paying.

Dear Pedro's; it is with a sad heart that I must leave this negative review. I've been visiting you since you were at the University / Milvia Location, and I've always always loved your food - specifically your tri tip rice bowls. But, I don't know if it's because of cost cutting measures, or greedflation, but the quality and quantity of the food has taken a nose dive.Over the last few months, I ordered from you about once a week, and even then I noticed a startling trend of getting progressively less and less food, up until my very last order which was a 70% full container, a container that itself is already a 3rd the size of a regular take out container, with exactly 3 bites of meat, and of the 70% of the container, the rest was rice with 3 peas worth of cojita. This was not worth the price tag, especially in that your walk in and take out prices are exactly the same as your DoorDash prices - i've done both, and paid the same exact amount. Considering you basically have to order two bowls to get the same amount of food you used to, $40 is unacceptable.Pedros, I love you, or loved, but consider this my break up letter. I will fondly remember the days at the Milvia location, of sitting in the back garden area, with the roses, drinking a goya guarana and eating a plate of food that I either had to finish as take out because there was so much, or decide to waddle back to work after finishing the whole plate.
Parking: Impossible to find parking most days as it's along the Greenway and residential streets. Most of the area directly in front is striped off, and the traffic on the street so heavy, even if there was a spot you get angry people honking at you when you try to maneuver into it.

Not sure if it was the sausage or sauce but had the runs since. While the setting was quite pleasant, the service was not much better than the food.

Soooo good! Nothing here is bad. The tri-tip is to die for!
Quick service. Great food.
Great tritip! Make sure to splash some of the hot sauce on if you like spice
Sit down version, farther from campus.
