Zero stars. Very rude. No empathy, customer service or understanding. Purchased an item to use the restroom for it to have the dimmest lighting. It also smelled like any other public restroom that free. They did refund me my money but overall wasted 15 mins of my day and was treated terribly by the manager and the cashier Jenny.

Good coffee, standard Peet's. Kind and helpful staff. However, all power outlets are covered (due to some last issues I'm told), so make sure to charge your laptop before coming if you plan on sitting and working :) Also get drinks for dine in for 25 cent reusable cup discount.
