Sharp, broken glass chip in boba cut my mouth and now I am bleeding. I don't know how this even happens - I should really not be having to even think about glass chips in my drink. I used the plastic straw they have in store, and this chip seems to be from *within* the bottle. The servers are super nice, and I love this place, but this kind of scarred me.

This is the best tea I've ever had! I got the roasted oolong, Thai tea and Matcha latte. They were all extremely fresh tasting and delicious. We also got the Taro, which was also very fresh, but because of that tasted like drinking pureed taro root. I personally didn't enjoy it.The teas are served in amazing glass jars which you can reuse for next time. The staff are very friendly and helpful.Dietary restrictions: They had milk alternatives.

One of the best teas I’ve got! Wow!!I’ve got “peach fresh fruit tea”, that was made with a real peach! We made it 25% sweet - which tastes perfect, without giving a sugar crush. No ice. For toppings - aloe and lychee! It can’t be more perfect!

The tea here was super good! We also love the glass bottles and use them at home! The staff were really nice and quick. The space for customer to wait and order seems a little crowded but that’s totally fine with the quick service. :)

delicious tea, cute bottle, and sustainable. I got the strawberry green tea. I really liked how it was served in the glass bottle. It wasn't too sweet which is what I enjoyed. The boba was cooked perfectly. The only thing I didn't like were how my tea had a lot of chunks from the strawberries. I like how they use natural sweetener and real fruit but next time I would've gone with a milk tea.

I've been to the SF location once and this one a few times, but this experience was a bit underwhelming in comparison. I ordered a strawberry fruit tea with honey boba and half sweet, and as usual I enjoyed the amount of boba given and the adorable reusable glass bottle. It costs around $6.5 with tax, which is on the higher range for boba around Berkeley (not by much, but there is a lot of competition within 1-2 blocks away). The fruit tea flavor was simply too weak- I appreciate the use of real fruit but it tasted more like diluted strawberry-infused water, with no tea presence whatsoever (ordered with no ice). Maybe it's because I visited in the morning, but the honey boba was a lot firmer than I prefer and lacked the usual sweetness. Friends also noted that their drinks lacked the flavor they were named after.

Delicious! Love the glass bottles. They're nice about making clear what can and can't be made vegan. Red bean topping is super tasty.

Nice roasted oolong. Neat little store with glass bottles as a vessel for boba.

One of my four favorite East Bay boba spots (and I'm picky about boba) for a few reasons. The ingredients, fruits and teas seem pretty fresh. The passion fruit and the Hong Kong coffee tea are my two favorites. I wasn't crazy about the pineapple tea. They have caffeine free options for my kids. You can opt into having your boba in a bottle, which gives you a trash-free option and a very cute bottle to use at home. (I've collected my bottles and used them for my loose leaf teas.)Their customer service is great. If you order something that they think doesn't work that well, they will let you know and give you a chance to change it. They have also been pretty generous when orders got mixed up and gave me the benefit of the doubt. Finally, this is one of the only good boba places with relatively easy parking.Vegetarian options: Alt milksKid-friendliness: Caffeine free options and easy parking
