The food is typical Popeyes food, so, fine. Unfortunately the staff do not deal well with anything beyond the most basic order processing. The person working the register was nice enough and clearly wanted to help but the manager was rude and unhelpful when there was an error in the online ordering system. The shift manager’s boss was equally unhelpful. Both gave non functioning phone numbers.

This Popeyes location is terrible, flies Everywhere, I could not believe how many flies were in this place! Unacceptable, bet the Popeyes in El Cerritto isn't like this!

This past Sunday I Ordered family Box The Chicken wasn't Seasoned The Biscuit Was Over Cooked Like Hard, Mac & Cheese hard Way to Much cheese Noodles was Overly cooked too.

This location doesn't honor online deals. There was a deal for 3 free tenders if you make an online order of $10+. I ordered online and expected to get my free tenders, but they said I had to order on the app in order to get them. What? The ad said nothing about that. Terrible.

None of the people at the counter couldn't really speak English good and Everytime I come here hey say they take EBT but when I use my sun bucks card, It doesn't go through even though I have 130 bucks on it!

The Berkeley location Popeye DO NOT HONOR the 3 for $5 three piece chicken deal.my senior mom and myself stood in the line and held up the line for 40 min.with two employees and the shift manager who was not wearing a name tag ,REFUSED to honor the NATIONAL CHICKEN WEEK SPECIAL NOT ONLY WITH US BUT TO OTHER BLACK folks as well.the special can be honored either in person , or on Popeyes.com or by using the Popeyes app.what happened to customers are always right? It's always a problem there with the staff.they even messed up our order and other customers others! My mom and I just had surgery and can't eat spicey food.they gave us extremely hot chicken that we could not eat.
