The food is good but the customer service is pretty bad. I waited around 10 minutes to order as I wanted to pay in cash and not the touchscreen. Even after asking one of the staff if they could ring me up, it took a while after that to order.

Do not be fooled! This store _looks_ like it has gone out of business - but it has not. The windows are fogged up, with old papers taped inside and half falling off. The lights are out.

But lo and behold, they are indeed open! It's just that whoever is in charge of the physical facilities has contempt for the customers, the neighborhood, and himself.

Once one realizes they're open, and places an order at the touch screen, the food...

Food is absolutely fantastic some of the best sandwiches you can get in Berkeley. Order here almost every other week it’s that good. The bread is always warm and crispy and the ingredients are high quality. You won’t be disappointed, hits the spot every time.
