Understaffed. Or badly managed by the one person on duty at 3:15 on 9/10. Instead of taking each person's order who is waiting in line, then making the drink or food, the person would do one order all the way and then get to the next person in line. People are in target to shop. Let them place their order and go shopping. Not everyone has all day to wait around.

Despite being alone and always understaffed there, Kate was amazingly fast, very patient, well-organized, and always delivered every order correctly. The line was most of the time long and customers kept coming, Kate was obviously tired, but she was still very courteous and nice and did not sigh at all. I would be more than happy to have an employee like her. Someone with good qualities and excellent characters like this should be a manager. Starbucks and Target should reward her.

If you're looking for a public restroom in Berkeley where there's somewhere to park, then you can typically find a parking space in this target parking lot. The Starbucks is inside of the target and there are two large clean restrooms
