Told the barista my order twice but still got 2 drinks wrong. Nothing complicated, just a simple order. I asked for blonde shots, triple latte. Got a weak, watered down iced latte instead.

Today Monday October 6th 515pm, I just got the most delicious drink ever. I wish I got their name but I just want to thank the human that helped me find a low sugar, low caffeine choice. I was grateful for their patience and blown away by the actual drink. It was AMAZING. Chocolate frappe, with bananna protein cream. It's soooo good! Thank you!

I stopped by the Starbucks inside the Target on University Ave in Berkeley and had one of the worst Starbucks experiences ever. It took 15 minutes just to get a simple green tea, the staff moved at a snail’s pace, and some were downright rude. To make matters worse, they served my hot tea with a paper lid, seriously? How are you supposed to drink that safely in a car without spilling or burning yourself? It’s the most dangerous cup design imaginable. Horrible experience, skip this place and go literally anywhere else.

I gave 1 star for atmosphere ( no table/chair to enjoy coffee!!! I pay $10 a pop and cannot sit down!!! But friendly staff / liove holiday drinks ///chestnut praline Great /delicious !!!

Understaffed. Or badly managed by the one person on duty at 3:15 on 9/10. Instead of taking each person's order who is waiting in line, then making the drink or food, the person would do one order all the way and then get to the next person in line. People are in target to shop. Let them place their order and go shopping. Not everyone has all day to wait around.

In the downtown area to take care of a few errands. I had parked the car and was walking around. After I was done, I stopped here for a quick little cup of coffee. The price was right and I was on my way.
