the shared plates and appetizers here are amazing. it's actually very reasonable to have a family style meal here and I would definitely recommend doing so over getting the sushi individually. the eggplant, brussels sprouts, tofu mushroom pockets, and katsu are my go-to.

We have been to the Tane in Hawaii, so we wanted to try this one out. Everything about it was great. The food was delicious, the service was great, the atmosphere and ambiance was phenomenal. We ordered Gyoza, brussel sprouts, ramen, nigiri, and 5 different rolls... everything was delicious. All the employees were so nice and attentive.

i’ve been here twice. The first time was a 3 1/2 star experience and this time it was more like 2 1/2 stars, but I was generous and just rated it 3 stars. The first time our server was incredibly rude to us. I don’t remember his name and I didn’t notice him this time around, so perhaps he quit and got a job better suited to his personality. the second time our waiters weren’t rude, but they weren’t very attentive and we had to ask for things multiple times before they made their way to us. We ordered a lot and everything was delicious with the exception of the Point Reyes roll, which after taking our first bite each of us thought something was spoiled and we were so grossed out that we ordered a roll that we had enjoyed earlier to help cleanse our palette. after the Point Reyes role, one of my friends became visibly sick and vomited that night. I got sick the next day and had stomach pain and diarrhea all day. I think something, perhaps the mushroom, they put on the Point Reyes roll was sour which is unfortunate given how expensive this place is. i’m probably never gonna come back.

Love this spot for a fancy date night, prices are on the high end so it's definitely a treat for us but so worth it. Sushi & Ramen are to die for - just wish they could lower the price of their cheesecake (which is also amazing but $15 a slice). Recommend booking reservations in advance here.Dietary restrictions: All veganWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible - ground floor with no steps
Every dish we order literally blew our minds by how delicious it was!! You need to check this place out!

i'm not vegan - my favorite sushi here were the rolls with lots of ingredients! the variance in flavor & texture helps give the same experience as you'd get eating fish sushi.the futo maki was a tiny texture party, and the flavor wasn't overshadowed by any kind of sauce. the leahi roll tasted like barbecue! pokai roll was by far the star of the evening.eggplant tataki was tasty but small, hard to grab, and simultaneously warm and cold. the miso soup was... not my favorite. i think miso just won't taste like it's supposed to without the dashi stock.it's probably best to make a reservation. our table was ready right on time!

This place is AMAZING. i can’t even begin to describe to you how phenomenal the food is. I love this place so much.I’m not even a vegan and I love this food. You don’t have to be to enjoy any kind of food in my opinion. This place values creativity and you see it in the food. The vibrant colors, textures and flavors will blow you away. The sushi is HELLAAA good. Every single roll is crafted to perfection each with its own motif and individuality. It’s edible art. You can tell right off the bat that this place is dedicated to artistry and an elevated experience. The space can feel a bit cramped (not a big deal to me at all) and it’s pricey but worth every penny!

Service has been getting better. Still not as good of an experience as Shizen in SF though, or the Honolulu location of Tane Vegan Izakaya

This place has the best sushi! We also got the Brussels sprouts and they were absolutely incredible! Will definitely be coming back!
