The workers close the store 45 minutes before it says it closes which is at 8pm. This has happened multiple times now. When I ask why they’re closing so early they’ll say for cleaning purposes and that they close the kitchen at 7:40pm, even though both times I asked it was 20mins or more before 7:40pm. I’ve come in at 7:15 and that was their same excuse. Also if you tell them they made a mistake on your food they won’t correct it without proceeding to try and charge you a second time for the same item instead of righting their wrong. They’re very rude while communicating the sudden changes to their “policies” I’ve mentioned before. There’s no apology’s from their end for anything. I’ve Been patronizing them for a while and their service has become unbearable at this point.

i normally have good experiences here, but today i found a piece of steel wool in my salsa verde. when i tried to call the restaurant to let them know, the call went to a not set up voicemail. not cool.

A little disappointed. I have this place I try but unfortunately they got my order wrong and the burrito was dry. I asked for a California burrito and whole pinto beans. Gave me refried and left out the fries. Half of the burrito had no pico and hardly any meat. When I called to ask what happened I was hung up on. I will not be returning. How do you mess up a burrito?
