One of the best establishments in Berkeley. In a city that's always busy, I felt instantly comfortable and welcomed by the warm and hospitible staff. Shilo, Felix, and Chloe went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of fantastic. Their attention to detail and dedication to providing top-notch service truly sets Tipsea apart. Not only were the staff exceptional, but the drinks were also of the highest quality. Each sip was a delight, expertly crafted and bursting with flavor. Whether it was a classic cocktail or a specialty creation, Tipsea's drinks never failed to impress. Thanks to Shilo, Felix, and Chloe for making my visit unforgettable. I'll definitely be returning soon!

Just to start this review off. Gabriel was the best host bartender server he did everything . He made sure everyone was having a great time . He recommended some great selections . The lemon pepper wings the fish and chip the drinks was great and we will be coming back . The customer service was great . Very calm dim place to chill . Oh and the best part they cook food all the way til 1:30am omg . Thanks Gabriel

Drinks are excellent, bartenders friendly. Only downside is it can be quite cold inside during winter with no protection from the door constantly opening. Also tough to find a seat even on a quieter night. Would definitely come back and recommend to others though.

Drinks are AMAZING! They just soft launched their new cocktail menu and the drink on the left is from it! It tastes amazing and it's perfect for a night out! The bartenders are all super sweet and nice! They might take awhile to get to you if you're not sitting at the bar because this place gets packed! But it's definitely worth it. The ambiance is perfect for a night out too. The lighting is low and the colors remind me of the sea which fits in perfectly with their name
Our waiter Gabriel was super nice and personable and Chloe at the bar made super tasty and strong drinks. The vibe here is great too.

Super cute little bar! Has some bar seating and some tables. Went after a Cal Basketball game and there were plenty of seats but many people joining as we were leaving. Service was good.

The first time I've tried an Army Navy cocktail. And boy was it delicious!!!We would come back for the awesome bartender!!
