Great place for fresh sashimi and other Japanese essentials

Very popular Japanese supermarket and fish market. Save time, Prebook your fish. Most people in line parked at dollar tree lot next door. I assume there has got to be a way to move the line and customers more efficiently. Maybe precut slices??

Pork bowl Two people had diarrhea after eating it. Tuna and hamachi were not fresh.

Friendly service and fresh fish. I went here for the first time on Christmas Eve for Sashimi - super busy and waited out in the rain for close to 30 minutes. Once in there was another wait until my number gets call. I was worried they would run out of rush but they had plenty of high quality fish.

Absolutely top quality and always the best service. A fun place to get random snacks too.

Have been frequenting Tokyo Fish since the days when they were only located in the “front” building.
Always top quality fish, produce (organic and regular), snacks and great assortment of take out
sushi as well. Staff is helpful and courteous.
Extra parking in lot behind store ( entrance on street parallel to San Pablo) if parking lot is
full! Best place to order New Year’s sushi too-
Order ahead early!

Excellent selection of food from can goods, frozen foods, produce, dried products, all well stocked. Fish and Meat counter is well stocked with variety of food items. I particularly want to find live sea urchins, but sadly no luck. They have uni though.

This is my first time buying seafood at this store, and overall, I like their salmon the most.

The absolute best place to get fresh seafood and Japanese groceries. I have gotten fish for sashimi multiple times and it's always incredible quality. Plus they have everything else you need to have the perfect sushi date night (seaweed, Kewpie mayo, imitation crab, miso paste, etc). Don't question it - just go here! Bonus: there's even parking!
