A quick go-to experience that doesn't disappoint. The food is great for its price point, which is inexpensive. The service is usually friendly and quick; when you dine in, your food is brought to your table, which is nice. The atmosphere is transient on a street with not only high traffic but also unhoused folks meandering around. Added point: Being next door to the Berkeley (Central) Library.

Food is FRESH and CONSISTENT. I love this place so much. I recommend everything on their menu. I'm amazed how they hit the mark every time. Food is ALWAYS FRESH! I eat here once a week because of how good it is... even on a busy day when parking can be hard to find... I will still come here to savor their noodles, fried rice and soups. Portion sizes are fair and enough. Their prices have slightly risen but it's worth it 100%. I want this business to stay in business and not change a thing. The indoor eating area is very nice and all the servers are very welcoming and nice, some of the best. I recommend this place to everyone and get excited when I can bring a friend or family member here for the first time; everyone enjoys it.

Probably the best stir fried noodles in the Bay Area. I went with the Thai/Malay combination hokkien mee stir fry and it was fab! Next time I'll try the Mala sauce. Portions were large for the price. Will definitely go again.

Delicious and fast food! They served our group of 8 so quickly, adjusted for allergies, and helped us out with to go containers as we had to adjust to a last minute flight change at the airport. Extremely kind and friendly staff!

I dream of the peanut sauce! That is my whole review. I just love the malay sauce so much. It's a nice mixture of sweet and salty. The staff are lovely! The place is cute small place! I brought a friend here along with my mom, and we both absolutely loved it! I can't wait to come again once I have more money!

Love love love the pineapple fried rice—they have the perfect sweet pineapple-to-rice ratio. Great place to eat out with friends because each meal is customizable (vegetarian, no beef, etc). The food comes out fast, it’s a full meals-worth portion, and the staff are always so patient and nice when you’re having trouble pick your order. Definitely recommend
