Ordered two boba milk teas from TPT and they were both great.

The tea had strong flavor, not overly sweet (0% and 30% sweet) and the boba was fresh with the right chew. Drinks were made quickly and the staff was friendly. Clean shop with a simple vibe—no frills, just solid milk tea.

Definitely a spot I’d come back to when I’m craving boba. No rest room here so that needs to change soon. Don’t
Worry about parking near the store as it’s impossible to find parking. You are better off parking at the nearby parking garage.

TP boba milk tea is the best ever. Excellent boba consistency. Perfect sweetness levels.

Small shop located in Berkeley.
Parking is little difficult and may have to park two blocks away.
The store is clean and the drink quality is good. Got my favor, four season osmanthus ice tea.

I had a great experience thanks to Cicilia! She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when it came to choosing the perfect drink. She listened to what I liked, made thoughtful suggestions, and guided me to a choice that was exactly what I was looking for. Her friendly attitude and great taste really made the experience enjoyable. Highly recommend her if you want expert help and a warm, welcoming vibe!

I tried their most popular order; it lack flavor or texture. The service girl in her teens didn’t know what she was doing. The interface for ordering was confusing and with few photos for what the food looked like it was impossible to know what you were ordering.

I love the milk teas from here, they're very strong, giving the boba a little more depth than simply sugar milk. This is a personal preference though, as many of my friends dislike the strength. I do also think that 100% sweet isn't too sweet, and I normally do 75%-80%.

Having tried all the boba spots near campus, TP Tea is objectively the best boba in terms of price, quality of tea, and preparation. They make sure all their drinks follow a strict standard and it reflects in the taste

I have always liked the fresh milk tea at TP Tea. I will go to Berkeley, San Mateo or Pleasanton store. I got an TP Rea branded eco-friendly cup from the Pleasanton store when it first opened, so I often use it to buy drinks here. However, the quality of the cup is not that good, so I bought a new cup when I traveled to Taiwan recently. The Pleasanton store was willing to take it but not here. They said they only accepted TP tea cups... I was disappointed. I really hope that you are willing to change the rules in the store and be willing to allow customers use their cups (I know that not many people in the US care about sustainability, but there are also many boba in the Bay Area that allow customers to use their own cups)

I never really liked boba, but TP TEA DELIVERED. I usually try new flavours every time I go, and they haven’t disappointed. Also, I feel like the amount of sugar you request can really make or break the taste of the drink, and service quality can vary depending on demand. Overall, really enjoy this place

I waited 30 minutes to get one drink. Was it worth it? No. The sweetness level wasn’t what I asked for. The boba balls turned pretty hard after a while and were not enjoyable. The girl attending me was not paying attention to my order as she had to clarify 3 times. The line is so long! Would not recommend.

The boba tea was pretty good, though definitely not one of my favorites.

‼️There were no milk alternative options.‼️

The space was small, a terrible ratio between the size and people. There is frequently a long line of people so it’s packed. The line advanced pretty slowly and there was nowhere to sit and wait. Definitely not good for wheelchairs or people who have difficulties standing for a while. Also not good for people in a hurry or for groups of friends. As I said before, the place is packed, the kitchen sounds combined with the talking makes it a bad environment to converse.

Dietary restrictions: ‼️NO milk alternatives‼️

Wheelchair accessibility: Small space, many people and long line.
Definitely NOT the best wheelchair accessible place.
