Delicious and sweet! Both the drinks and desserts are really good, with delicious cakes, boba, and bingsu

Seating was dirty (stains & crumbs) Service was severely lacking. Mango sticky rice was NOT traditional mango sticky rice- too bad there’s no server to answer questions you may have- you’re just directed to order via the QR code located at the table. The music from back of house is so loud it competes with the house music piped through the system. Honestly, just disappointing.

Who says no to sugar?! wow, you could spend a fortune here. bring a large group so you can try more things!
The line is long, but bring friends to stand in line with (and share dessert!) and you're set.

The servers shame you if you don’t give a tip. I didn’t even use service I just got my food and that’s it.

I’ve only come to this place for dessert. I’m a sucker for shaved ice and their Bingsoo really has it fixed for me.

Had a beautiful joint birthday here, we tried 3 of the vegan offerings: Mango, Strawberry and Hōjicha. Even the kids loved it. Amazing flavors and textures. The server had great energy.

This is a great spot to have bingsoo! It’s a bit on the pricey side (the mango bingsoo was $22, and the croffle was $9), but the quality makes it worth it. You place your order using the QR code on the table, but the servers are friendly and happy to assist if needed.

Disappointing mango Bingsu. Not a lot of mango and very hard, not ripe. They also aren't apple mango.

I ordered a slice of their Thai tea crepe cake and boba of three different flavors for takeout because I was curious how come their crepe cake is even pricier than Lady M, and was expecting their boba to be super tasty given the price and overall rating. I’m not sure if it’s a matter of takeout but I was super disappointed and would never recommend any of my friends at least for their crepe cake and boba. The cake was no where near Lady M’s - just generic and didn’t taste as good. Their boba was totally a mistake (and I got three!!!) - I asked for no ice and I’m not sure that’s why they didn’t fill it full; classic milk tea had an overly strong tea flavor and tasted too bitter; mango milk tea was somehow sour and I could barely taste fresh mango flavor; Ube milk tea was unnaturally purple and sweet - all of them were not blended/mixed well because I could feel the powder in my mouth. I don’t really care what type of organic or fancy ingredients they put into their products (which they seem to use to justify the price), for me as a customer all I care about is the taste, and they definitely didn’t satisfy my standard. It felt like a waste of $50 for those.

I was on my way home from work and was having a good evening. Passed this crepe cake place and waited in line. After they asked if I want to get seated I said no I'd just like a cake to go. I got asked to fill out a form online and place an order through the website. I was like you have a register right there can I just get a slice and move on? They said no everything is through online, needless to say I walked away as I didn't want to spend time on my phone filling out a form. Another day I got some of the Thai tea crepe cake and the custard was severely overcooked, tasted like egg wayy too much. Very flashy place but can improve in lots of way.
