I ordered my food online and arrived at the time it said my food would be ready only for them to tell me that the cook was just started on my order. Then the lady told me next time to call the store because sometimes they don’t hear the online orders come in. I politely told her that’s not my job and to refund the order because I had to go. Nonetheless the food came out in what seemed to be record time and I enjoyed it but I’m not going back.

I am not sure what happened prior to our arrival but a few of the staff seemed pushy, agitated and non welcoming. As an out of towner passing through on a whim for the Juneteenth festival, I thought everyone would be in good spirits. My party and I had planned to dine in but changed our minds immediately when the host wanted to get all weird. When we were brought our food we just immediately asked for to go boxes and chose to no longer dine in. The server was nice, confused, understanding and apologizing for the other 2 ladies who might be the owners? The food was still good, but it seems like it would have been way better if we didn't have to eat it out of our togo containers whilst standing outside.

Best Nepalese food in Berkeley! Been meaning to try this place and finally had a break in my schedule so I was able to drop by. I had the Vietnamese momo and the traditional popo. Both were excellent. Highly recommend!

The ceiling is high and the tables have good room and distances, chairs are comfortable, you can have a conversation and hear each other. Staff are nice and the environment is calm and welcoming. Verity of food and quality and price is reasonable.
