I'm a let the picture speak for itself.Their chick'n sandwich is a bit of a joke. At least this time around. There was no brioche bun. This is white bread. Didn't even get the lettuce they talk about. Depicted are sprouts and lots of tomatoes. One can see a lack of sprouts. The white stuff on it tastes like mayo. Lack of pickles. Lack of lettuce. Lack of Buffalo sauce.Phone number is a dead end; Beep beep beep beep beep...I want my money back. You did NOT give me what I ordered. If i wanted a patty and some avocados and a slice of tomato on a white bread sandwich I'd have made it myself for cheaper.

Seen this burger joint floating around HappyCow (locally) and wanted to give it a go. To my disappointment when I arrived, I found out it was just a rebrand of Veggie Grill. They're food is ok (VG) but I thought it was an independent restaurant. But to the food, I got their double burger and buffalo chikn. It's tasty BUT...the price point and size is my con. Just around the same size/price as Next Level Burger, so iykyk size & price point don't meet. IMO, I'd rather pay the $2 extra (both burger and chikn sando) and go to Malibu's Burger in Oakland which is twice the size and filling. Which Stand-Up isn't (filling). A rare 3 star rating from me. The shakes taste just like the real thing, and they even come with a cherry on top. I wish the servings were bigger, but I can't complain with how delicious the food is.

Loved this place. Convient, easy, fast and damn tasty. I had the Santa Fe chick'n burger and a cookies and cream shake. The burger was tasty and fresh, really nice. The shake is fantastic, extremely enjoyable. Loved the cherry on top. Updated from previous review on 2023-05-18

Great when you're craving fast food and munchie type options. They recently expanded their menu to include not just burgers but Mexican food and bowls as well. I come here more often than I should

Delicious old fashioned burger. They do have gluten free buns. Friendly staff. Very casual. Counter service.

Got the steakhouse burger. Enjoyed the extra layer of flavor from the blue cheese. The caramelized onions are perfect and very flavorful too. Would recommend!

I'm against Impossible because they tested on animals & said they would do it again if "necessary" so I wish Stand Up Burgers used a different patty. I love the animal rights vibe of the place and the chick'n burger I had was good. Their shakes are good. And the Happy Hour deal is pretty good. I would love this place if they made their own patties or used another brand. You can sub for another patty but I feel like that patty isn't as "meaty" and the problem is still that they use Impossible broadly.

I adore standup burger and crave it far too much. Their shakes (especially the cookies n cream) are suburb and their brioche buns make their burger next level! They apparently have new items from their veggie grill store (their parent chain), so I'm excited to begin trying those!

Totally recommend, not only was the Buffalo Chick'n' delicious- but the location of this place warms my heart… after scoring HUGE at Amoeba Records* (Telegraph Ave.) this was such a gem to have on my way back home! I ordered take away (because I was with my fur pal), service was super friendly and the interior is wide and spacious! PS, Vanilla Shake is as yummy as everyone says! Burgers were great, fries were so yummy, side of sauce was delicious. We came here after touring a high school and being vegan for 10 years now we prefer going to 100% vegan places. So glad we found this place, food was amazing and made another great memory with my son :) Thanks

I wasn't initially planning to go here, but I'm so glad I did! I agree with the other review saying how the food here has very classic flavors. That was one of the first things that stood out to me. I tried the BBQ Bacon burger and it was delicious. Shakes were also fantastic. I came here with a non-vegan who was blown away by the blue cheese on their Steakhouse Burger. And a newly turned vegan who said the animal style fries here taste exactly like In-N-Out but better. The food was super filling and satisfied a junk food craving while not being too salty.Staff here was notably happy, dancing to music, and enjoying their time. It was a really comfortable environment. I also found it interesting that each time you buy burgers or shakes here, they donate a portion to local causes.Vegetarian options: Fully vegan restaurant

I really enjoyed this spot! The save the animal fries were really tasty, clearly a play on in-n-out’s classic “secret” menu item. It was spot on though, honestly better in my opinion. Will definitely be returning here again whenever I am in the area. The workers were kind enough to slide me a $5 discount coupon. Also whoever had the aux cord in there was jamming; they were dancing while preparing my tray, looked like they were having a good time!
