Missing items from order / rude service. it seems like if there's any issues with your order they like to make it your issue. The food was great, but sadly I did not receive items I paid for and was ignored when I asked about them.
it's been almost 2 months and I've yet to receive my refund. it's ridiculous the amount of times I've had to call/ go on the wingstop website. Your representatives seem nothing but confused every single time I call.. "you will receive the refund in 4-5 hours" "you should receive it in about 5 days" "Were not supposed to say how long"

I ordered takeout from this place and the delivery was very quick! The food packaging ensured that the food was still warm when it arrived. I ordered the BBQ and Louisiana Rub sauce chicken and my favorite was definitely the Louisiana Rub. Cajun fries came along with the order and they weren't as flavorful as I expected. Overall, I enjoyed the chicken and perfect for a late night craving!

Yeaaaa, I'm so mad! I was excited because there was finally another wing stop closer! But this wing stop in Berkeley is nasty! The chicken was undercooked, and seasonless, I had go the Louisiana Rub! My sister went and got chicken here as well a couple weeks later she got the lemon pepper, again it was seasonless, slightly better cooked! Maybe it's just the dry rubs that's seasonless! Either way it can do better! I'm good off this location.

Was originally excited to get a wingstop in Berkeley closer to me however I was extremely disappointed with the food quality and service. I will continue going to Emeryville location. It sucks because now I can’t get delivery anymore because it automatically gets dispatched from this location.

Worst Wingstop I've ever had. Fries were over cooked boneless wings dried out. No parmesan on my fries like I asked . Overall horrible. I'll continue to go to emeryville because that's not acceptable

Got the 4 chicken tender combo with fries and two sauces: Hawaiian - Not much dimension to it just sweet chicken, sauce made it uncrispy. Korean - Also uncrispy and like the Hawaiian but spicy. Lemon Pepper - Best one by far! Crunchy but under flavored. Original - Tasted like Takis with Ranch. Fries were good when fresh, easy reheating if you toss it in a pan and put a lid over it. Ordering was easy-- just on the app. Pick up is also easy, located on Southside across from Panoramic.

The wait is finally over! Wingstop Berkeley is open as of yesterday. I placed my order on the app so I could pick up a quick dinner. It's a smaller Wingstop location compared to others (might get a lil cramped when it's busier), but that makes it all the easier to get your wings and leave. I ordered the $16.99 Boneless Meal Deal (20 wings, 4 flavors, I picked Louisiana Rub, Original Hot, Cajun, and Lemon Pepper) and upgraded the fries to the Louisiana Voodoo for $1. I inhaled half of it the moment I got home and saving the leftovers for later. Food was tasty, hot, and just the right amount of kick I needed. It's a chain so I got exactly what I came for and I'm happy with that. Glad I don't have to travel cities when I'm in the mood for sauced chicken nuggies. I'm sure they're going to get way busier when all the college students come back.
