I've booked this venue twice for work events (team offsites, strategy planning retreats) and have had nothing short of the best experience both times! The Sway team is extremely professional, responsive, and accommodating -- even arranging the furniture to fit all of our day's activities, and providing coolers for drinks that we brought ourselves! The location is great -- close to many restaurants for breakfast/lunch options and neighborhood parking all day. We've loved using this beautiful space and couldn't recommend it more.

Adam and Queena were invaluable partners in planning my daughter's bat mitzvah! They were very friendly and flexible with our ever-changing budget and introduced us to some great vendors we would have never engaged on our own. They also suggested changes to the layout of the event so that it had a great flow. Beyond all of the preparation, Adam's help with the day-of supervision of the set up and coordination of all with all of the vendors ensured the event went off without a hitch. It was beautiful and exactly how we envisioned it! Thanks Sway!!

The venue is wonderfully laid out with several key amenities like a wonderful sound system and a large screen which we used to screen a tribute video. Sway helped us find a location for our Wisdom Partners Founders Dinner in SF. They were fast (even though we gave them short notice) and thorough. The venue was great (hip, private room, great food & drinks), and the Sway host showed up early to make sure everything went smoothly. We hosted my daughter's quinceañera at Sway last weekend and I couldn't believe how perfectly the event went. Adam was an amazing partner in getting the party set up and organized. The space doesn't need lots of decor because it is already so beautiful. The music sounded great as well - not echo-y at all. We hosted 80 people and everyone fit well in the space with lots of room to dance as well.One thing to note is parking for loading/unloading was a bit of a challenge. Not the venues fault at all, but it's good to think that through if you're having a big event.

My partner and I held our book launch event for Wisdom of Place (ORO Editions) at Sway. It was absolutely amazing! The location was great, very accessible to public transit as well as ample street parking. The space was so beautiful and inspiring. We were ablet to sign books, have our guests enjoy food and beverage, as well as participate in a creative activity at a 'maker table', and we were able to exhibit some of the illustrations from our book. The staff was super helpful. Everything was set up perfectly for us. The space is really cool, with good vibes, and very comfortable. Love Sway!!
