Excellent food, innovative and delicious. Rack of lamb and onion soup were top of the line and perfectly seasoned. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable. The wine list was relatively short but high quality and reasonable price. Overall a great place to know about and will definitely return to try some of the other entrees.
Stopped in for a cocktail and a small bite, and there was no bartender :/ The poor barista did her best, but is definitely still in training. The salad was decent, but there was a hair in it... This place has potential.

This restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere and a fantastic location. However, we had to wait about an hour for our meal, which was a relatively simple chicken salad. The waitress seemed overwhelmed, possibly due to the catering event next door. While the ambiance is great, the prices are pretty steep for the portion and quality of food we received. Overall, the atmosphere is a highlight, but the service and value could use some improvement.

Only place on shattuck to get a good drink, excellent service
We popped in at 1pm for lunch on Columbus / Indigenous Peoples Day. Atmosphere is clean and stylish, but our chairs were more designed for slouching and drinking cocktails than eating. There were only 6 people in the restaurant with 2 waitresses and service was slow. The food was what you would expect from a restaurant in a hotel: nice presentation, priced more than a comparable local restaurant and with average food. It was filling and edible, but I would not recommend it to friends or locals.

Enjoyable dinner in a lovely and relaxed setting with excellent service and easy to hear the conversation too :)
Great brunch! Interesting and innovative menu. We enjoyed the eggs Benedict, vegetarian egg white omelette and smoked salmon platter. Everything was delicious and waitstaff were very attentive and pleasant. Would definitely go back.
The hotel was very nice, careful with the parking. The street is crazy and the valet is a little slow. But that might be the hotels style it took am hour to get our food.
Food and cocktails are creative, some good flavors, but pricey

Really super expensive and food was just ok. Beautiful restaurant and bar with lots of nice seating. I did like the oversized chairs. Service was slow.

Tried Zino for breakfast among friends. The waitress had our order wrong. She thought we ordered the Benedict when I ordered the crab cake benedict. She apologized for the mix up and we ate it. It wasn't a problem. The portions are on the smaller side but everything tasted fresh and tasty.
We had a tasty breakfast at Zino's with its standard take on eggs, potatoes, and oatmeal. The service was particularly good, despite the fact that the waitstaff was very busy. The location within our hotel was super convenient.
The staff was very helpful when assisting me with my party accommodations. Very friendly and definitely set the tone for my experience during dinner reservations.
Gretchen was our rockstar! She made sure that we had everything we needed and was able to accommodate our demanding table of 10 for graduation. Thank you!!
We are long-term patrons of Zino's. The new menu, the live (mellow) music, the portions, and the artistic presentation of the dishes are a HUGE step up from what was becoming a stale, redundant menu. WAY TO GO ZINO's!!!
