Terrible location can't get orders right. For a $26 meal they can't even get the fries right and they can't answer the phone and corporate can't answer an email. I'm never going to carls jr again

Diners appreciate the cleanliness of the restaurant and the friendly service, as one server even took a tray to the trash after a meal. Customers particularly enjoy the Famous Star, the Western Bacon, and the crispy beer-battered fish sandwich, which received high marks for its quality.
