“We decided to get our lunches for our Joshua Tree day trip here. I got the Aspen and wife got the Coachella. Excellent and well-balanced sandwiches. Love that they give a bit of potato salad and a pickle spear. They will also probably give you a sweet sample! The man behind the counter was engaging and made sure the customers were happy. “This was a local take out order. All items were picked up as described. The highlight is the bread. Big sandwich offerings. It was tough to make a decision on what to eat.

Chocolate chip cookies were also ordered and enjoyed! Really hearty and full of chips. Thumbs up.

We came here for dinner yesterday, on Friday 10/4. We were a lot , about 36 people; 7 families from LA, that went on a vacation in the Palm Desert area. My daughter chose that restaurant, and made a reservation for 20 people (that how we started this trip).
When more people decided to join us, they made their own reservations, for various different hours (whatever was available online).
On Friday, my daughter called the restaurant, and explained SEAN, the manager , that we are a big group, with different hours of reservations, but would like to dine together. I will not exaggerate if I will say that this nice and kind manager (SEAN) did EVERYTHING he could to accommodate all of us together at 8pm, and moreover, put all of us (36 people!) together in a private room. He greeted us upon arrival, and during the whole evening checked on us, to make sure everything is o.k.
Thank to him, and his wonderful crew, we had a beautiful and unforgettable evening!
The food was delicious and the service was outstanding !
The vibe and the atmosphere is so happy and vibrant. The chefs are doing anything to make your experience here unique and happy.
We all enjoyed it SO much! Excellent food, with a great entertainment.
If you are visiting the Palm Desert area, do not miss this gorgeous restaurant.
To my opinion (and basically everyone in our group), it is a must visit. We couldn't have a better Friday evening anywhere else.

The customer service was pretty good for a mid-week.

“My wife and I are regular customers of the Red Robin in La Quinta, CA and we’re always pleased with the quality of the food and service.

While we do eat in-restaurant occasionally, most times we take out. The orders are always ready on time and accurate, and today was no exception.

Beyond that, I always ask for a duplicate receipt and they’re always accommodating. Today, Ken, who I believe was the manager on duty, personally got this duplicate receipt for me and made sure my order was correct.

We will continue to be loyal customers of this Red Robin location.“

“This guy diner has the ambiance and people. The service is excellence. The hood is comforting n good. It’s not Michelin five star restaurant but fun neighborly gathering for family n friends.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are available. From pancakes to omelets. They service plenty. Price is competitive with other restaurants.

Editing previous review: still my favorite place to eat breakfast on Weekends specially. Love their Benedict and more than anything their service. They listen to your orders and customize as you like for most part. I always love going there it’s clean with Mountain View on side. Perfect Sunday brunch or Saturday breakfast place. Try it highly recommend. Go early or a little late so it’s not that crowded“
