This restaurant is in shambles, no hot running water, no soap period not even a Dispensary to distribute soap, how are they washing there hand went to flush the toilet there is no lid to flush obviously they are having pluming problems, the employee was having a late nite dinner in the lobby after standing for 7 mins he said I can help you HE TOOK MY ORDER AND BEGAN BAGGING MY FOOD WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS, I QUESTIO. HIM ABOUT IT HE SAID LET ME CALL MY MANAGER SHE IS THR GM SHE CONDONE THE BEHAVIOR AND TOLD ME IF I DID NOT LIKE IT I COULD LEAVE, NEVER WOULD GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN...BELOW THERE WILL BE PICTURES POSTED AND TO CORP

We went to this place, it was very dirty inside, the drinking fountain so dirty, full of water and soda, so sticky, tables with food and drinks stains.

Like any other KFC restaurant. A lot of "notes" and signs around the register with rules and how to order. (Not in picture) Staff friendly and service minded.

Did you lose the chicken box? It comes with four sides, enough for two meals for four people. I recommend frying it more thoroughly. It's a free upgrade.

I was so excited to try the chicken wraps, on the way home from work i drove through the drive thru and ordered the chicken wrap meal that comes with 2 wraps of choice, fries and a drink. I got the mac and cheese and the classic wrap. I specifically said no mayo and they said it back to confirm. I got home and opened my wrap and it was filled with mayo! I called and told them what happened and the guy who answered didn't apologize, I recognized his voice from the drive thru that took my order and talked like he didn't want to work there, all lazily. He had no customer service as I remembered him saying "the total is 9.15 all right". He said come back and I'll give you a new one, do you have your receipt? I said I just ordered from you about 7 minutes ago and I was the only one there no one inside, only one in the drive thru I was thinking he would rememeber. I told him my order and said the total he said oh okay right you were here, he said just come back here and i will give you the wrap with no mayo and he asked for my name. I said can I talk to the manager he said I am the manager. I was like oh okay may I have your first and last name he said it's Che just che. All rude. I said I'm coming back right now. It took me about 8 minutes to get there since I live close by the guy that took my order wasn't there and it's a totally different person (guy wearing a different uniform compared to the rest of the employees between 18-25 years old) "describing incase the general manager and owner sees this review" talking to me saying he was the one that I talked to on the phone and he had his name tag on his shirt sleeve left side facing sideways so no one can read it facing him. He said you're the one I talked to on the phone I will replace your no mayo. No apologies whatsoever. So I said I'd like a remake since my fries and mac and cheese wrap all got cold from driving back and forth he said he wouldn't be able to do it, he will just replace the other wrap. He said I should call the hotline for complaints after I asked for the general manager or owner. Extremely rude guy. Didn't apologize or anything as well. After I told him I want a remake again and again he just took the food and probably warmed it up. That is how the mac and cheese wrap looked like and also the other wrap looked like he just wiped it with tissue to get the mayo out. I didn't eat the meal at all. No customer service how could he be a manager working in the food industry with no customer service at all. What a Braggart! This happened around 3:30 pm 12/16/2023

I have been to other kfc but this one is by far the worst service even the guy helping me at the window handed me cold food stale fries and then wants to argue over one ranch dressing packets I will never go to this location again… give your team the right training in customer

Saturday night 5:30, place online order, confirmed, drive to KFC. They are completely out of chicken. Yes out of chicken, lmao. System does not talk to store. Got to spend half hour on phone getting refund. Store cannot refund. Felt bad for the crew, they get to take the heat. They were nice.

Service needs improvement. Waited 40 min for my order though ordered through kiosk. Asked the cashier if that was my order on the counter, she told me no. Turns out 20 minutes later it was yet no apologies.

My son and I went thru the drive thru on a Friday night at six in the evening, we heard the guy ordering a couple of pot pies in the car ahead of us, their response was we are out but we can make some more if you can wait twenty minutes, don't know the conclusion however my son and I ordered a two piece meal with Cole slaw and mashed potatoes as they normally were sold and the guy at the window informed us it only comes with onesidesso we added on the extra side, my son ordered a three piece original mea, we pulled up and the bill was $27 and change. We got home looked at the receipt and was charged $3 something for the side, if I would have ordered a three piece it would have been 12 cents more. Bottom line the chicken was CRAP AND FOR $27 and change they can keep their chicken, we will NEVER go back. RIP OFF AND CRAP FOOD!!
