This restaurant is in shambles, no hot running water, no soap period not even a Dispensary to distribute soap, how are they washing there hand went to flush the toilet there is no lid to flush obviously they are having pluming problems, the employee was having a late nite dinner in the lobby after standing for 7 mins he said I can help you HE TOOK MY ORDER AND BEGAN BAGGING MY FOOD WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS, I QUESTIO. I was so excited to try the chicken wraps, on the way home from work i drove through the drive thru and ordered the chicken wrap meal that comes with 2 wraps of choice, fries and a drink. I got the mac and cheese and the classic wrap. I specifically said no mayo and they said it back to confirm. I got home and opened my wrap and it was filled with mayo! I have been to other kfc but this one is by far the worst service even the guy helping me at the window handed me cold food stale fries and then wants to argue over one ranch dressing packets I will never go to this location again… give your team the right training in customer
