Ridiculously slow, and almost no customer service except for the older lady up front, literally saw only 1 out of the like 5 guys actually working, took over an hour to get our order, crazy, usually this place is on top of it, loud music in the back and on phones a lot. Oh well. Edit: I want to write another review, after eating the succulent pie, it was absolutely amazing.
